My name is Sheena Nelson and I am a massage therapist in Washington, Pa. I try to make each massage therapy experience unique to each client depending on their needs on any particular day. I love the idea of healing and wellness in a natural way. Our bodies and minds are more powerful than you may know when it comes to healing whether it's physical, mental, or emotional. I love the power of human contact and spending time with my clients. The world can be so fast paced and stressful these days and I love being a part of a person's day where they get to relax and take time for themselves. I studied biology and health services administration at Slippery Rock University in 2001. I received my license in massage and associates degree in science from the Community College of Allegheny County in 2013. I love being that part of a person's day where they forget all of the stressful parts of life and find peace within. I love that I can take someone's pain and maybe make it feel a little better. The more I learn about massage therapy, the more I appreciate and respect it and I look forward to passing on the knowledge.
