Holistica Massage: This type of massage is a combination of deep pressure, trigger point therapy, and soothing strokes to provide relief from stress and tension.  Other benefits include, but are not limited to, easing of pain, relief of headaches, improvement of sleep, and management of anxiety and depression.

Hot Stone Massage:  Involves most if the same techniques as the Holistica Massage, but it includes the use of warm stones to soften the muscles and gain an even deeper sense of relaxation.

Hot/Cold Stone Massage:  This massage mirrors the hot stone therapy in all aspects except that we will also incorporate cold stones. The alternation of hot and cold stones produces a "flushing" effect on the body in that we are dilating and constricting the blood vessels which really gets things moving. This is a good choice if you're looking to reduce inflammation and detoxify.

Essential Oil Light Touch Massage:  Take your essential oil experience to the next level with this clinical approach to applying essential oils to energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance and maintain overall wellness.

Pregnancy Massage: This massage is similar to your typical massage in that it is going to help ease pains, reduce swelling, and improve mood. To protect mama and baby we will use slightly different body positions and techniques to achieve the above goals. *Always clear with your doctor first.

Exfoliating Scrub Add-Ons:  Choose from a homemade sugar or walnut scrub to be applied during your massage to remove skin of dead cells and leave you feeling soft and refreshed.

Cannabis Massage:  Request any massage service to include the use of oil infused with CBD and various essential oils to target pain and inflammation.
