Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or product. Late cancelations and no-shows will be subject to a fee of half the amount of scheduled service for the first offense and a fee of the full amount of the scheduled service for every offense thereafter. This fee will  have to be paid before you can reschedule. 
Services are by appointment only. No walk ins. Evenings and weekends not available.
